Klara Städ continues to grow at a rapid pace, and with this growth, we want to ensure continued high delivery of quality.

Therefore, we are now looking for a person with good cleaning experience who wants to take the next step in their career and join our team in Enköping to strengthen our leadership team.

About the role

The position is a combined role where you work both in operations at the office and as a mentor "on the floor".

You work closely with both office staff and employees, making you a key person in the team.

You will also be cleaning yourself to some extent.

Absolutely not as the main task – but enough to set the standard and support and develop the team.

You will, among other things:

• Support and coach our employees in their daily work
• Work with scheduling and logistics
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone
• Ensure quality at the customer site through quality checks/inspections
• Participate in cleaning when needed
• Be involved in the launch of new assignments
• Train and introduce new staff
• Work with purchasing of materials
• Find smarter ways of working and optimize operations

• Are skilled at cleaning – you truly know the trade
• Are pedagogical and speak Swedish and English fluently
• Take pride in your profession
• Enjoy working closely with people and building strong teams
• Are structured but also flexible
• Take responsibility and get things done
• Are unpretentious and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
• Want to develop both yourself and others

Experience from a similar role is advantageous – but the most important thing is that you are skilled in the craft and have the right drive.
